When DIGITHAI joined the project, we inherited significant challenges:
- 7-day regression testing cycles across all platforms
- Limited test coverage capacity with manual effort, missing critical gaps
- Lack of continuous testing practices and centralized QA processes, limiting visibility and consistency across quality assurance efforts
- A one-size-fits-all testing approach was applied across all platforms despite their own unique functional demands
- Management couldn’t interpret the QA metrics quality properly, limiting their ability to assess quality and make informed decisions

Education & Process Foundation
We didn’t just implement processes; we increased awareness with the client’s team about how to understand QA fundamentals, report bugs, and manage tickets effectively. Ensured the client could interpret QA metrics, understand what good results looked like, and make informed decisions independently.
Robust Test Architecture for Complex Ecosystems
Recognizing that manual regression testing across four platforms with separate sign-off requirements was unsustainable. We designed and implemented a comprehensive test architecture that unified their fragmented testing approach, specifically designed to handle the client’s complex ecosystem across all platforms, and enabled us to catch issues that the previous release cycle had missed.
Performance & Security Validation
Beyond functional quality, we implemented comprehensive performance and security testing protocols to ensure the applications could handle real-world demands. Using JMeter and following OWASP security standards, we established baseline performance metrics and conducted load testing to validate system behavior under stress. We identified bottlenecks before they reached production and validated that the applications could scale to support concurrent user loads without degradation
Platform-Specific Expertise Model
Rather than individuals with broad knowledge, we established a Subject Matter Expert (SME) model with team members dedicated to specific platforms, building deep expertise that could identify platform-specific issues others might miss.

Our philosophy differs from typical consulting approaches: we actively build client independence, rather than pushing for ongoing dependency. Every process, tool, and knowledge transfer was designed to enable complete client autonomy.
