Scope

You will contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of .NET applications and collaborate on a range of client projects. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve solutions that support mission-driven initiatives. Through your technical expertise, you will help deliver reliable, high-quality systems that create positive, meaningful impact and support efforts aimed at improving lives and communities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with strong hands-on work in .NET technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC for backend development, including RESTful API design, business logic, and integration with frontend applications.
• Strong proficiency in WPF for desktop application development, including UI design, data binding, MVVM pattern, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.js, including component-based architecture, hooks, and state management.
• Strong understanding of Entity Framework and relational databases such as SQL Server, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience using Git and collaborative version control workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
• Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across both frontend and backend components.
